Both of today's classes were great. Tai Chi is something I wish I could do everyday and kung fu class was very good too. My shoulder held up very well to many pushups today so that is good news.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
