Ran 3.1 miles in about 31 minutes Pullups: 6, 5, 4, 3, 3 The last two sets of pullups were kipping. I"m actually starting to get the hang of kipping. Ring Dips: 3 unassisted, 7 assisted.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
