This was a great workout today. The Snatch and over head squat are two exercises that I've never really focused on. I like the idea of eventually being able to lift my body weight over my head and squat it.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
