Run 5k for time. This was my second 5k in 4 days. Probably not a good idea for my hip but it's holding up. I won't run this distance for another week or so to give it some rest.

It was dark and raining this morning. I didn't run very fast but I did get through the whole thing so I'm happy about that.

Didn't take my watch but I finished in about 30 minutes.
