Today I worked out with Milo at 7:30 am. It was cold and raining. I warmed up with a 1 mile jog around the track. Then did lunges, high knees, and butt kicks.

The I did four sets of square jumps and four sets of X jumps. Then I did box jumps. Plyo running, more box jumps and finished up with one legged hops. The whole workout lasted about 43 minutes.

Coordination is not so great for the plyo running.

  • Total reps was 487. It's high becuase of the crunches no doubt. Still a great workout.
