Ran 4.25 miles today at lunch with Steve. It was a good run. My hip felt a little tight in the beginning but lossened up later. Right foot on the outside is slightly sore after.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
