Well I took a few days off because my shoulder has been bothering me. Yesterday I practiced some forms at lunch and jumped rope. My cardio isn't where I would like it to be.

Today I did pullups, situps and air squats. I did each exercise for 20 seconds then switched. So 1 round a minute for 15 minutes. No rest. Pullups were mostly jumping negatives, situps were crunches. Squats were fine. A good workout. Oh I also ran .5 miles as a warm up.
