Today I did Milo's work out.

Warm up
Dynamic warm up

Square Drill 4 sets of 30 seconds.
X drill 4 sets of 30 seconds.
Plyo running 4 sets of 25 seconds.
25 box jumps.
Single leg hops 3 sets of 5 hops.

Balance drills, standing on one leg, then with eyes closed.

Core Drills.
plank, front and sides.
Plank on stability ball
Plank in push up position on stability ball.

A great work out. I was sweating ALOT when done.
