Today I had 1 hour of Tai Chi Chuan. We started with some push hands, then some QiGong exercises, then we did the form. I feel good with the first section and I finally got through the whole second section. I know parts of the third section but not the whole sequence.

After Tai Chi I had 1 hour of Kung Fu class. We started with some stance drills then did some pad work. (I really like the pad work) Then we did some open hand vs. knife sparring and then regular open hand sparring. I was partnered up with Derick. I really appriciate working with Derick. Anyway, I got hurt when he and I were sparring. Nothing serious but my right knee and hip were a bit tweaked.
