Today I ran about 3 miles in 30 minutes. I had some pain in my hip in the begining of the run but it started to feel better about half way through. It was nice to be out running.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
