Today I rowed for 30 minutes approx. 6220 meters. My form is geting better. My blister is gone. I'm outputting more power with fewer stokes. I'm really liking the rower.
Pikes Peak CrossFit is just me doing the crossfit workout in my garage. My equipment includes, a pullup bar, a set of power rings, 300lb. Olympic weight set, 20 inch plyo box, a heavy bag, a wing chun wooden dummy, running shoes and a jump rope.
