Bench press 115# and run 400 meters. 5 rounds for time.

Total time 20:05

Shoulder is sore now after bench press. Runs felt fine.
26° outside when I did this workout this morning.

Ran 3 miles in Garden of the Gods. Felt pretty good. Some aches and pains during run that went away after. Didn't time myself. Still not running like I was. Trying to give it time. Hip felt ok during run with no pain at all after.

Clean and Jerk 10 sets of 1 rep each.

Started at 95# worked up to 155# on last set/rep.

Form needs work but I'm happy with the weight. I can see eventually moving up to body weight on this exercise.

Well I took a few days off because my shoulder has been bothering me. Yesterday I practiced some forms at lunch and jumped rope. My cardio isn't where I would like it to be.

Today I did pullups, situps and air squats. I did each exercise for 20 seconds then switched. So 1 round a minute for 15 minutes. No rest. Pullups were mostly jumping negatives, situps were crunches. Squats were fine. A good workout. Oh I also ran .5 miles as a warm up.

Today I worked out with Milo at 7:30 am. It was cold and raining. I warmed up with a 1 mile jog around the track. Then did lunges, high knees, and butt kicks.

The I did four sets of square jumps and four sets of X jumps. Then I did box jumps. Plyo running, more box jumps and finished up with one legged hops. The whole workout lasted about 43 minutes.

Coordination is not so great for the plyo running.

Was still very tired from my workout yesterday. Got schooled in sparring. Sparring is something I need to work on a lot.

Deadlift: 205 lbs.
Bench press: 115 lbs.
Clean: 115 lbs.

49 minutes

Dealift felt pretty good, Bech press was good, Clean is just hard. Was getting pretty good form towards the end.

Just did a little workout in the morning consisting of a .5 mile run, over head squats with a broomstick, pullups and ring dips.

Left shoulder is sore from all of those pushups. Right hip felt fine during the run.

Run 5k for time. This was my second 5k in 4 days. Probably not a good idea for my hip but it's holding up. I won't run this distance for another week or so to give it some rest.

It was dark and raining this morning. I didn't run very fast but I did get through the whole thing so I'm happy about that.

Didn't take my watch but I finished in about 30 minutes.

I got through 2 rounds

Pullups, while still not great flet better. Pushups were bad. But shoulder held up so that's a good thing.

Ran .5 miles before and after.

The last two sets of pullups were kipping. I"m actually starting to get the hang of kipping.
Ring Dips: 3 unassisted, 7 assisted.
