Shoulder is sore now after bench press. Runs felt fine.
26° outside when I did this workout this morning.

Deadlift: 205 lbs.
Bench press: 115 lbs.
Clean: 115 lbs.

Dealift felt pretty good, Bech press was good, Clean is just hard. Was getting pretty good form towards the end.
